Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the product delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Have the original tags, packaging, and invoice
- Not fall under non-returnable items (see below)
Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Innerwear or lingerie
- Personalized or customized items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days
- If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details to process the refund
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@nonameglobal.shop within 3 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The damaged or wrong item
- The shipping label and outer packaging
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order may already be processed or shipped.
